Seminar delivered February, 2026
A three-session seminar was delivered by Goldfinch Leadership through the Center for Executive Coaching exploring how coaches can navigate rapid technological and market change by utilizing a repeatable framework based on Creative Intelligence.
Key findings:
• Overwhelm eliminated across participants by the final session
• Preparedness for navigating change increased significantly
• Participants identifying as highly creative nearly doubled
• Coaches began applying the Reflect → Reframe → Experiment loop in real-world leadership contexts
